 | Before creating a new user account in Medialets Muse, determine if your organization already has a Medialets Muse account. If so, it is recommended that an existing member add to the team. Doing so ensures against user errors which may result in the creation of duplicate teams. |
Creating a New User Account
Prior to using Medialets App Manager, you must create a new user account. A new user account can be created by an admin member of an existing team or by a individual user not currently associated with any Medialets Muse teams. For more on teams, see: Managing Your Account and Teams.
Team Sign-up
To sign up to an existing team:
- A Team Admin must add you to their team via:
- In primary menu, click Admin > Users > New User.
- Add user details including a valid email address and a temporary password - both of which will be used as login credentials.
- Once you receive a confirmation email, you may log into
muse.medialets.com using the email and password which the Team Admin used in creating your account.
- Once logged in, or via the confirmation email, you may change your password.

Individual Sign-up
To sign up without an existing team:
- On Medialets Muse's home page, click the Create an Account link.
- Complete the New User Form, making sure to enter a valid email address, and click Submit.
- Note that the provided Company Name will be used as your initial Team name
- You will receive an activation email at the provided email address.
- In the activation email, click on the provided link to return to the Medialets Muse Login page.
- Sign-in using the credentials you selected.

Sign-in to Medialets Muse
On your first visit to Medialets Muse, you will be presented with a Terms of Use Agreement and, subsequently, will be directed to the Medialets App Manager page. If applicable, you may create a new application, commonly referred to as an app, or download applicable Medialets SDKs.
